Chief Executive Officer

VINCE HALL, Chief Executive Officer, leads statewide efforts on behalf of the 44 local programs to ensure that every child in foster care has the support of a caring, trained volunteer advocate. He brings a deep and diverse background in nonprofit and government leadership, with decades of experience strengthening systems that protect and uplift vulnerable children and families. Prior to joining California CASA, Vince served as Chief Government Relations Officer at Feeding America, where he worked with Congress, the White House, and USDA to advance national anti-hunger policies and strengthen federal nutrition programs. He previously served as CEO of Feeding San Diego and has held key leadership roles with local, state, and federal government officials, as well as senior positions in the nonprofit sector, including Executive Director of Future of California Elections and Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest. Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
