THOMAS J. VOZZO is an accomplished author, and speaker with more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning the corporate and nonprofit sectors. As the first CEO of Homeboy Industries, the world's largest gang rehabilitation and reentry organization, he led a transformational period of growth, expanding the organization's reach, increasing its annual budget from $12 million to $50 million, growing its social enterprise portfolio, helping thousands of people each year, while building a leadership team made up largely of former program participants. During his tenure, Homeboy Industries was awarded the Hilton Humanitarian Prize, recognizing the organization’s extraordinary contributions to alleviating human suffering.

He currently serves as Senior Advisor to Homeboy Industries. Tom held senior executive roles with companies including ARAMARK, Galls, and WearGuard, most recently serving as CEO of ARAMARK's $1.8 billion Uniform and Career Apparel Group. His expertise includes strategic growth, operations, mergers and acquisitions, workforce development, and social impact investing.

Tom is the award-winning author of The Homeboy Way: A Radical Approach to Business and Life, host of The Homeboy Way Podcast, and a speaker on compassionate leadership, business transformation, and social impact. He resides in Thousand Oaks CA with his wife Lindy.
