SCOTT MOLLETT, is a corporate attorney with almost two decades of legal experience in transactional law and corporate governance. His career has included working at a number of prominent law firms, as a partner in a boutique corporate firm and as a visiting assistant professor at Fordham Law School. He currently works for CSAA Insurance and manages corporate governance and certain strategic transactions. He also currently serves as a trustee on the board of Marin Academy, a private high school in Northern California. Scott graduated with an AB from Dartmouth College, a JD from Stanford Law School, and was a Fulbright Fellow at Kobe University. He resides in Piedmont, California with his wife and two daughters.
