NAOMI CHAVEZ PETERS is a leadership and talent development executive with deep experience in scaling people strategies across high-growth technology companies. She brings to her work more than four decades of building leadership capability and organizational effectiveness at global firms, including Salesforce, Cisco, Intel, and most recently, Sprinklr, where she served as Vice President of Talent Development for a global workforce of over 3,800 employees. Naomi is currently the Principal of Great Leader Consulting, where she advises executives and organizations on growing strong, people-centered cultures.

Naomi has long supported the mission of CASA and is proud to serve on the California CASA board. A dedicated nonprofit leader, she is a sustaining member and past president of the Junior League of Palo Alto–Mid Peninsula and has served on the boards of Sky’s the Limit Fund, Children’s Health Council, Stanford Medicine Community Council, Vista Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired, and Stanford’s Institute for Research on Women and Gender.

Naomi earned a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Pacific and holds advanced certifications in Organizational Development from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She lives in Los Gatos, California, with her husband, Chris.
