Founder & Managing Partner - 20/20 Insights

KIRSTI TCHERKOYAN is a technology executive and software company founder who leads 20/20 Insights, the firm she launched in 2019 to help mission-driven organizations align strategy, leadership, and execution. As founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Kirsti advises executives and boards across the nonprofit, financial services, and technology sectors. The firm’s Insights platform serves clients including the Newark Museum of Art and the Marin Community Foundation. Prior to founding 20/20 Insights, Kirsti held senior roles at CNET, Alloptic, and ThirdAge Media, which was acquired by Ancestry.com. She is also a Limited Partner in the How Women Invest fund.

Kirsti has been a CASA volunteer for many years, serving children in both San Luis Obispo and Contra Costa counties, and previously served on the Board of Directors of CASA of Contra Costa County. For more than a decade, she has worked with entrepreneurs in East Africa through eMentoring Africa in Kenya and Fit4Life in Uganda, helping them evaluate the viability of their business ideas and equipping them with the skills to launch and run successful companies. She is a co-founder of Tarajia Together Kenya, a nonprofit that supports Kenyan students through high school and vocational training, and has served on the board of the Women Sharing Wisdom Institute. Kirsti earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a teaching credential from Sonoma State University. She is a proud mom and grandmother and resides on a vineyard property in Paso Robles, California.
