Corporate Partnerships & Employee Giving

Championing Every Child

When your company partners with California CASA, you're investing in a future in which every child in foster care has a consistent, caring adult by their side. Together, we can build stronger communities by supporting advocacy, stability, and opportunity for some of California’s most vulnerable youth.

Not all children in foster care have a CASA, and as a result, California taxpayers spend an estimated $2.16 billion each year addressing the consequences when youth age out of the system without support—often becoming homeless or part of the prison pipeline. Investing in CASA helps change that trajectory, creating stability for children while strengthening our communities and future workforce.

Albert & Mackenzie’s support for California CASA began as a simple way to give back, but it quickly became something much bigger as our team learned more about CASA advocacy and the realities facing foster youth. We started with an annual charity drive, then added awareness webinars, book club discussions, employee giving, and our CASA Charity Golf Tournament, which brought together the legal and workers’ compensation communities around this mission. Now, our employees are becoming CASAs, our firm is building a pro bono program, we are providing laptops to older foster youth heading into school or work, and we keep finding ways to talk about CASA at conferences, events, and everywhere else we can. For us, this is no longer just something we support. It is becoming part of who we are. -
