Runaway YouthWhen youth run away from home or a placement they expose themselves to extreme danger. The chances of youth being victimized skyrocket when they run away. As a CASA, it is more likely that your youth will contact you after they have run away form a placement. Therefore, you should be able to discuss options with them that can keep them as safe as possible.
